Kettlebell workouts are designed to shape and sculpt your body in minimum time for rapid fat loss & a lean toned body.
Kettlebells have been used for centuries in different cultures for all aspects of fitness training. The Kettlebell program consists of 25 exercises using light weight that raises the metabolic rate for a complete all over body workout. Kettlebell classes involve a comprehensive warm up, standing, balances, seated, finishing sequences and final relaxation. The class is for all levels and alternative postures will be provided where required.
